After the LMT looked at the Moon it saw some new marks some 100 km away from the Lunar base. So the GSA decided to launch a brand new station to monitor the activity on the Lunar surface.
The LSO is an 84 part station to close proximity to the Moon and not that far away from HOM at just 450 units. We hope we can get some more insight into those new marks.
