The Saturn 1B First Stage is an American medium first stage rocket, commissioned by NASA for the Apollo program. It can be used for many missions that required the Apollo capsule and service module, but does not require a lander.
The Saturn V Third Stage is used as its second stage, as the Saturn 1B's Second Stage is not in the game. However, the second stage was indeed lighter than the Saturn V's Third Stage.
