The green planet, or GRN on the NaviComp, is a small planet with a fairly shallow atmosphere explored in Missions 15 and 18. It has a yellowish-green ocean, which can be used for splashdown.

When you enter the GRN atmosphere, the crew module will descend into a green atmosphere. The re-entry module may periodically be obscured by red clouds. At the end, the module will splash down into a yellow ocean.

From GRN you can reach RED (735), MSS (902), and LUN (730).

Trivia

  • GRN's radius has been calculated to be 1.98 NaviComp units, with an additional .67 units for the atmosphere, bringing its total radius up to 2.65 units.
